General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Version of April 22, 2026, applicable from this date.
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) are entered into between:
Douchamps Christian, natural person operating as an independent professional, whose establishment is located at Rue du Vieux Frêne 17 Bte 6, 7080 La Bouverie (Belgium), registered with the Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises under number 0659.517.450, subject to VAT under number BE 0659.517.450 (hereinafter “the Seller” or “we”) ;
and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website formation-strass-dentaire.be (hereinafter “the Buyer”, “the Customer” or “you”).
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved, full and complete acceptance of these Terms. The Terms in effect are those displayed on the site on the date of the order.
2. Description of services
We offer professional training in dental rhinestone and jewelry application, in two formats:
- Online training: access to an e-learning platform (videos, educational materials, quizzes) with unlimited access over time
- In-person training: practical training sessions at an agreed location
The specific content of each training (program, duration, procedures) is described on the dedicated training page on the website.
Nature of the certificate issued: upon completion of the training, a certificate of completion of training is issued by the Seller. This certificate attests to the complete completion of the program and validation of skills acquired. This is not a State diploma, nor a title registered with the RNCP, nor recognition by a professional body. Dental rhinestone application is not a regulated activity in Belgium or France.
3. Pricing
The prices of trainings and products are indicated in euros, including Belgian VAT (unless explicitly stated otherwise for in-person training invoiced excluding tax). The applicable price is that in effect on the website at the time of order validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, already validated orders are not affected.
4. Order and payment
The order is finalized when the Buyer validates the order summary and proceeds with payment.
Payment is due at the time of order by credit card or any other means offered on the site (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). Transactions are secured via our payment provider.
A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the Buyer upon payment validation.
5. Access to training
Online training: access to the learning platform is activated within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. Login credentials are sent by email.
In-person training: the date, time and precise location are agreed between the Seller and the Buyer after order validation.
Possible materials (kits): orders including physical materials are shipped to the address indicated by the Buyer within the timeframe stated on the product sheet.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the Consumer Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide justification.
Specific exception for digital content: for online trainings, the Buyer expressly acknowledges that by starting the training before the end of the 14-day period, they waive their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (provision of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, with prior consent and express waiver).
To exercise the right of withdrawal in cases where it is applicable, the Buyer must notify their decision by email to contact@formation-strass-dentaire.be before the expiration of the deadline.
In case of valid withdrawal, the refund is made within 14 days by the same payment method used for the order.
7. Seller’s liability
The Seller undertakes to provide educational content in accordance with the description. However, the professional success of the Buyer depends on personal factors (engagement, practice, local context) over which the Seller has no control. No commercial results are guaranteed.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of the techniques taught, nor for the practices carried out by the Buyer on their own clients. The Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with hygiene, safety rules and any local legal obligations relating to their activity.
8. Intellectual property
All content of the training (videos, written materials, illustrations, quizzes, brands, logos) is the exclusive property of the Seller and protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws.
The purchase of a training grants the Buyer a right of use that is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, account sharing, capture or online publication of the content is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
9. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data collected in connection with the order is described in our Privacy Policy and our Legal Notice.
10. Legal warranties
The Buyer benefits from the legal warranties provided by Belgian law, in particular the warranty of conformity (Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Civil Code) for any material goods (kits, supports).
11. Dispute settlement — Mediation
In case of dispute, the Buyer is invited to first contact the Seller at contact@formation-strass-dentaire.be in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, the Consumer Buyer may resort free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (SPF Economy, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be) or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, division Mons, unless a mandatory provision to the contrary protects the consumer.
13. Modifications of the Terms
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect on the date of its validation.
